Iolanthe’s Kids: Jaxon

From Jaxon’s Mom, Amber: “Jaxon received your awesome care package today. He wanted me to send you a picture right away!! He loves the hat and wanted to come on FB and see some of your amazing alpacas:-) thank you from a very happy boy in Missouri!! And his keychain was a huge hit since he can never find one with his name and spelling!! He put his after school keys on it. These are his keys to the house and mailbox! thank you again Myla for making my boy’s day!!!”

These goodyboxes would not have been made possible without the help, love, and support of a lot of people — from Deb and Nancy at Moonshadow (it all starts with the alpacas); David and Frank for herd health (and shearing); to John and Ellen at the mill (who process the fiber); Susan, Alison, and all of our lovely volunteer spinners and knitters who fashion the fiber into the hats for the kids; to all of the artists and supporters who donate their art and time for lovely bits to go into the goodyboxes, such as Scott, Vera, Shelley, Mary, and Matthew to name a few; to those who contributed to our Goodybox Postage Fund; thank YOU, all of you, from the bottom of my heart, and last, but not least, our fabulous little herd: Mamacita, Summer, Faith, Patience, Mischief, Harmony, JJ, Sunny, and Love. xo, M

Iolanthe’s Kids: Beckett

his afternoon I received these wonderful photos of Beckett, our latest goodybox recipient, from his Mom, Melanie: “He absolutely loves this hat I had to take a moment and show you. It’s cold here and he needs hats so this is a blessing.”

This is what Iolanthe is all about, right here. Thank you, Melanie, and thank you Beckett, for the beautiful photos of you.

You can see Beckett’s goodybox here, and support him on Facebook, here.
